The political agitation seems to be intensifying in the wrestlers’ dharna at Jantar Mantar. On Saturday, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi and MP Deepender Hooda and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reached the protest site in support of the wrestlers and attacked the central government. The Congress has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene in the matter. The party has also outrightly rejected PT Usha’s indiscipline statement.

In this context, at the party headquarters on Saturday, party MP Deepender Hooda and former Olympic player Krishna Poonia alleged that the role of the Sports Ministry in this matter should also be investigated, as the players were only kept in a bluff for three months and Brij Bhushan took shelter. An attempt was made to save the lion. Punia said that being a female player, she can say that these female players have done a great job by reporting the harassment. That’s why they should get justice. Deepender Hooda said that the head of the Wrestling Federation of India is a history-sheeter, he already has cases of more than 40 serious crimes against him. He is a Bahubali leader, in such a way how will the players get justice while in his position.

Priyanka said – Why is the Modi government saving Brij Bhushan?

On Saturday, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi supported the wrestlers by reaching the protest site at Jantar Mantar and said that two FIRs were registered against Braj Bhushan, but the copy has not been received. After all, why is the government saving Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. There are many girls with whom this has happened. I have no hope from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. When you brought the medal, you were called home, why are you not calling now?

Arriving at Jantar Mantar, Kejriwal said- support the wrestlers

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reached Jantar Mantar on Saturday and extended support to the wrestlers who have been protesting for several days. He appealed to the whole country to support the wrestlers. He said that all those who love Mother India must reach Jantar Mantar to support her, even if they have to take leave for a day or two. These girls are not fighting for themselves, but for the sports world.

The whole country had raised these daughters, who brought laurels to the country in the world, but today they have to protest to get an FIR lodged against the person who molested them. The Prime Minister jailed the one who taught the children of the poor and embraced the one who exploited women sportspersons. Being the Chief Minister of Delhi, I will do whatever I can. All are our children.

The Chief Minister said that the person doing wrong with any sister-daughter of our country should be immediately caught and given strict punishment and should be hanged.

These are not ordinary women. These are the women who have brought laurels to the country through their hard work. When he won the medal, the whole world was watching him on TV. It is very sad that some man did molestation, misbehavior and wrongdoing with them.
